Martha Schwartz Partners, an international landscape architecture practice with offices in London and Cambridge, MA, has two immediate openings for Project Managers with 6+ years experience as well as two immediate openings for Experienced Project Designers with 3+ years experience in our Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA office. We continue to do cutting edge design for urban plazas, mixed-use developments, city branding, and master planning. We have exciting and challenging large scale projects worldwide in the US, Far East, Europe, Middle East, and Great Britain.

We are seeking Project Managers with leadership abilities and experience managing complex landscape and urban design projects. Our projects require managers who can work cooperatively with high level consultant teams while maintaining design integrity for clients willing to achieve design excellence. Applicants need to demonstrate familiarity with the design process including Conceptual Design, DD, CD, and Construction Observation or experience with complex master planning projects. Position responsibilities include client meetings, contract management, coordination of sub-consultants, and managing a project team in production of presentation materials and working drawings. Project Managers will coordinate as needed with the London office and will mentor junior staff in project management processes. AutoCAD and excellent communication skills are required. 3-D rendering and professional registration are a plus.
Project meetings require travel. A bachelors or masters degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture is required.

The Experienced Project Designer positions offer the opportunity to work on teams that are conceptualizing worldwide projects including site-specific urban plazas, green roofs, large scale urban spaces, and city branding and master planning projects. The right candidates will have excellent Autocad, Photoshop, and 3-D rendering skills. Team skills, a talent for innovative design, and a bachelors or masters degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture are required.
